A Bookkeeper records the day-to-day financial transactions for a business and is responsible for entering all basic accounting data such as: purchases, sales, cash receipts, payments, reconciling bank accounts and payroll. Generally, a Bookkeeper is not a qualified accountant holding a university degree and/or a designation, but typically has post-secondary or additional education with respect to basic accounting and operate the various software packages available.
Finance Matters has a team of bookkeepers available on a part-time, contract or project basis. Our Bookkeepers are managed by our team of qualified CA’s providing the additional oversight to ensure your financial information and statements are accurate and profession.
Our rates for our Bookkeepers are competitive with the industry, but you get the added benefit of having a qualified CA also overseeing your accounts.
